AGES 8-13 | MONDAYS FROM 9AM-1PM | SMALL GROUPS OF 7 STUDENTS/TEACHER MAXIMUM
COST: $275/STUDENT
FARM SCHOOL IS A HANDS-ON HOMESCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM ROOTED IN FARM LIFE AND SEASONAL RHYTHMS. CHILDREN ARE INVITED TO DIG DEEP INTO THE WONDERS OF THE NATURAL WORLD WITH SPRING ACTIVITIES ON THE FARM. IN THE SPRINGTIME, WATCH THE FARM “WAKE UP” FROM THE WINTER AS CHICKS ARRIVE ON THE FARM, LAMBS ARE BORN, SHEEP ARE SHORN, THE FIRST HAY IS BALED FROM OUR FIELDS, AND THE POND SPRINGS BACK TO LIFE WITH FROGS AND TADPOLES.
EVERY WEEK BRINGS NEW ADVENTURES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES ON THE FARM.
A Note on Credit cards and Payments
Credit card processing fees cost our small program a substantial amount annually. The NY State law mandates that advertised prices include all additional fees an that those paying with cash/check receive a discount. The prices above reflect the tuition if you choose to pay with a credit card or Venmo. In the spirit of keeping costs and overhead low, if you are paying with cash/check, your tuition will be discounted by 2.8%. You can take advantage of this discount for yourself or donate the 2.8% directly to Signal Fires in a tax deductible donation (don’t forget to ask for a receipt if you want it!). We hope that our new program, “Making Good from Fees” will help offset costs for attending our programs. If you do not specify, we will automatically donate it back to Signal Fires.
